Hello. We are John and Keylee and just signed up. We are on our second Disco. The first was a 2001 SE7 and the current is a 2005 HSE/HD. We are always using her for what she was intended. The discovery of new things. She has many battle scares and we are proud of everyone. On most weekends we are at least one day in the big bear area looking for new trails. We love 395 and when it warms up we spend a lot of time up that way. Looking forward to meeting others with the same love of out doors and for LRs.

Welcome to the club. We are new members too and also do a lot of the trails up in Big Bear. We are in Yucca Valley and two weeks ago went up Rattlesnake canyon off of Hwy 247 then down Burns Canyon to Pioneertown. And 395 is always a good drive, this past June we spent a week up near Devil's Postpile. Hope to see you on the trail!
Cheers,
Joe

That's awesome. 2 Saturdays ago we were in rattlesnake canyon exploring. We really want to do the trail from hwy 38 down to pioneer town but we are not sure if it's open due to the last fire. Anytime you are up in the big bear area and you want company. Hit us up. We are up there at least one day durning the weekend.

We did the trail from Hwy 38 off Baldwin Lake not too long ago. From Baldwin Lake we took 2N02 to Burns Canyon road and that takes you to Rimrock and from there it is just down the road to Pioneertown. We even had some snow at the top, it was a great run. No recent fires so it should be good!

Hi this is John and Glori from Mariposa, CA. We went on the trip to the mountain out of Bridgeport and I drove down to the Anza Borrego camp out. Had a great time at both events. Hope to do more this winter and spring. Some Unimog buddies will be hosting an all Euro 4x4 event at Mammoth Lakes in August. The closest up coming event is the snow run at Shaver Lake. Have to see if I can talk Glori into going on that one. She is not too excited about snow camping but it is less than two hours away for us. :)
