Description: Trona Pinnacles is the primary objective. The OHV Route is a 12.1 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Trona, California that offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for off road driving and is accessible year-round. Exploring Atolia on the way out (ghost town). Here's the kicker....we'll be approaching off-tarmac to keep the monotony to a minimum--see Google earth image path file linked below. This is an exploration run, as there really aren't "trails" as we are accustomed to. My intent is for the camping under the stars; getting there and what we do is secondary. It's been a while since I've had a destination trip like this so the wheeling is a means to an end. Should be amazing.
RSVP: Required by Sun 10th.
