 Thanks everyone who came, Omid thanks for bringing the candy and the lights. Mark: Great route back! It was a lot of fun. Jim/Sean, nice seeing you guys on the trail. I hope everyone had a good time.

Sam, Robert and I had a great time as well. Nice group, and the camping spot was great. After we left, we went over to Calico and checked out the town. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, we punctured a tire, and had to change. The X-jack worked great with the air pump, and we were on the way, although unloading and reloading the truck is never fun. Maybe next year the wind will be less blustery.

Thanks to Sam and Omid for this trip, it was great, I haven't gone to a trip for a while but this took the cake. We had a great time with a bunch of great people, Mark thanks for taking the lead across the desert all the way to Palmdale I really enjoyed it, you should lead a trip or two, you know the map like a couple of people I know on the board, I loved the weather, it was windy and cold and I enjoyed sleeping on the roof rack in my sleeping bags just staring at the stars and the full moon and the quiet breeze, it was awesome, can't wait to do it again.
This was a great trip.

Before I forget, Thank You Jim for the stakes, our tent would not have happened without them!! Also Thank You Sean, the air pump saved us quite a bit of time.
